DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

As a customer of Cako Boutique you are entitled to our standard free delivery service.

Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm, as long as the goods are available and in stock.

All UK orders take approx 2-3 working day, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 6-7 working days. An email will be sent out to you if the order will be delayed.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

All our deliveries are handled by UPS or Royal Mail.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

All international orders take approx 2-3 working days. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 4pm UK time to receive by Friday at the latest. Unfortunately we do not offer a Saturday service.

All our deliveries are handled by UPS.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.

Returns

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Cako Boutique we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Cako Boutique when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking id.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at thegirls@cakoboutique.com and we’ll be happy to help you.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note sale items are refunded via gift cards.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

Exchanges

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Cako Boutique we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Cako Boutique when sent back.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at thegirls@cakoboutique.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at thegirls@cakoboutique.com

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

Late returns

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.

Returns / Exchanges Policy

We can only accept your return if the item:
Has original tags and labels.
Has not been worn, used or damaged.
Not soiled by fake tan, deodorant or make up.
The goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt.
(We understand overseas shipping can take around 10 working days to reach us)

What Happens Now

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email notification.
Processing of return usually takes 2-4 days.
Exchanges will be dispatched after processing and should be received by you within 2-3 days of dispatch *area exceptions apply.
Refunds will be made immediately after processing and should show to your account within 10 days
(depending on your banks timescale).
For international refunds; please allow up to 21 days for returns from overseas destinations to reach you.

Other Terms & Conditions

One exchange per item is free, wherein we will send you the replacement item free of charge.
Any returns that are worn, soiled or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you.
